RETURN & REFUND POLICY :
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to enjoy and have fun with all AROFLY products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of the AROFLY products, we are here to help.
Returns: we offer two policies
1. So you made a wrong buying decision , no problem. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it for FULL REFUND. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the same original packaging.
Email us within 10 days of receiving the product, at arofly@quitewin.com.tw telling us you want to return the product.
In the email please give us your full pick up address, we will arrange with UPS to pick up , please ensure someone is on location when the pick up service arrives.
2. So you missed the 10 days return date, you opened and used the product. You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return it in the original packing. No problem, as long as you have not damaged the product, we will arrange for UPS to pick up the product after you email us at arofly@quitewin.com.tw, of your request to return within 30 days. ( request to return beyond 30 days will not be honored) . Your refund less the return shipping cost will be refunded to your credit card.
Please allow 15 to 20 days for refund depending on the credit card policies.
Refunds:
On receiving the returned product, it will be examined and if all is satisfactory, you will receive a refund to your credit card you used to pay for the product( or original method of payment.) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
WARRANTY: All AROFLY products includes a one year ( 12 months) against manufacturer’s defects , from the date of shipping . Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, carelessness , abuse , crushing or immersing in water.
Should the product fail to work due to defects in the electronics, within 12 months of receiving it , the manufacturer will ship a new one after receiving the defective unit back at our warehouse. Customer will be responsible for shipping the defective unit to, AROFLY, 1136-3 Centre St, Suite 164, Thornhill. ONT. L4J 3M8 Canada.
